We are a home-based salon located at Willagee.

We do services on days:

Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday 9 am to 5 pm.

We don’t do walk-ins. All appointments must be booked online.

You can, but for best results - we highly recommend you to come in with no eye makeup on. This will also save us time cleaning your lashes, trying to make them squeaky clean before application. You would want more time to go to the lash application than more time in cleaning.

Note: Lash infill services are charged by time.

Eyelash extensions can last up to 6 weeks if cared for properly. But we always recommend coming to your infill appointment no longer than three weeks to keep them full. You will be surprised how long it can take to do an infill for 3 weeks old lashes even if they are still looking full.

In general, a person could shed hair every day. This goes the same thing about lashes. Baby lashes come out, and the old ones fall out with the extensions. And there would be a lot of grown-out extensions that needed to be replaced in order to keep them full and healthy. It is a common phenomenon for people to lose hair every day, and the same applies to eyelashes as well. The natural growth cycle of lashes entails that baby lashes will sprout, and the older, grown-out ones will fall out along with any extensions that were previously added.

There will also grown hairs that are now adults and would’ve already pushed the extensions out. Therefore, it is necessary to replace grown-out extensions to keep the lashes looking full and healthy. With regular replacement of extensions, individuals can maintain their desired look and keep their lashes in top condition.

Your lash artist will advise you when to come back for your infill. Normally, if you are a first-time client, we recommend you to come in after 2 weeks to check how you go with them. Then we may be able to tell you if you are 2 2-weekly or 3-weekly client.

We can get busy at some point in time, but we still recommend you try to contact us at salon@poshdeluxe.com.au and see if we can squeeze you in on some other days. We always try and accommodate everyone as much as possible without overworking ourselves.

It can take from 1h 45mins up to 3 hours.

Please keep in mind that the duration of your lash appointment can vary depending on which set you choose and the difficulty level of lashing your lashes. Some eye shapes may be more challenging to lash than others, while some are easier.

We would like to advise our clients to avoid consuming any caffeine drinks before the lash appointment. Caffeine can cause some eyes to twitch during the treatment, which can make it difficult for the lash artist to work on that particular client and may cause delays during the procedure.

This is a case-to-case basis, depending on what you want to achieve, the health of your natural lashes, and your eye shape.

Our professional lash artist will advise you with the best possible styling to enhance your eyes according to your preference. It will be up to you if you would take our styling advice or choose to go with something else.

We understand that some clients have never had eyelash extensions before or are not used to the new eye styling - this could lead to a shock. We rarely get this from our clients, but we always provide an option to restyle them on the next appointment.

Most of the time, you will get used to it and end up liking them at the end. There are always ways around it, but please be advised that we don’t do any refund on a service that has already been provided.

No. This isn’t normal. Remember that the normal shed per day is up to 5 lashes per eye. More than this is not normal. If you lose more than normal within 24-48 hours, you must contact us immediately to arrange an appointment.

We will investigate what’s happening and touch up the set for free. You must get them in five business days from the day you had them done; otherwise, you will be charged an infill price.

This is a rare occasion for us here at Posh Deluxe, but if this ever happens, we assure you that we will do our best to get you the best lash retention possible. Our team will be checking for aftercare routines and other things that could affect your retention.

What if Posh Deluxe is fully booked at that time? - We will arrange a special time for you to get it fixed ASAP.

Please note that we are unable to provide a refund for the service that has been done. However, we are confident that we can offer a free fix to make up for any inconvenience caused. If you choose not to avail of the fix, you may keep the lashes as it is but please note that we will not be able to process any refunds.
